3 Boys Teams and 3 Girls Teams from Nassau will be selected. Entries for Girls Teams that can run at least 4:20 and Boys Teams that can run at least 3:40 must be submitted by e-mail to contact us or Fax (631) 968-4007 by 7:00 PM
January 9th. Entry MUST include Names and Numbers of athletes, School Name, Seed Time, Place and Date of Seed.
Coaches Contact Information. Walt Brem and Bob Baratta will contact the 12 selected Girls and 12 selected Boys Teams. The trials do not count as a meet but Millrose does for the qualifiers.
